INFORMATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We implement the necessary procedures for the processing and preservation of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ergün Sevil’s personal data in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and international human rights agreements to which our country is a party, as well as relevant legislation, particularly Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

We collect various information from our patients or, where necessary, from their legal representatives, from our employees, and from third parties related to our services within the scope of the services we provide. This information is collected in accordance with the data processing principles and conditions set forth in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).
Special personal data, including health data of the relevant individuals, may be processed by persons under a confidentiality obligation or authorized institutions and organizations without the explicit consent of the data subject, for the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services, and planning and managing healthcare services and financing. Furthermore, all special personal data, regardless of type, may only be processed by law if adequate measures stipulated by the KVKK are taken.
The personal data you share with us within the scope of our practice activities is processed by automatic or non-automatic methods by Assoc. Prof. Dr. It is collected by recording, storing, modifying, and reorganizing for the purposes of protecting public health, providing preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services, and for the planning and management of healthcare services and their financing. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT?
While the content may vary depending on the healthcare services provided or to be provided to you or your legal relationship with our office (employee, consultant, etc.), examples of personal data we collect for the purposes specified in Section 3 below are listed below:
Your identity information, contact information, accounting information, private health insurance data and/or Social Security Institution data for healthcare financing and planning purposes, health information, biometric data, and other data: If you apply for a job at the practice, your other personal data, including your CV, will be provided for this purpose. If you are a practice employee, your family member data will be used within the scope of your employment contract and legal relationship, as well as any other personal data related to your personnel file.
PURPOSES AND LEGAL REASONS FOR PROCESSING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Both specific and general personal data you share;
To fulfill our legal obligations stipulated in the Health Services Fundamental Law No. 3359, the Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and its Affiliated Institutions, the Regulation on Private Health Institutions Providing Outpatient Diagnosis and Treatment, the Regulation on Personal Health Data, and other relevant regulations, To preserve your data within the scope of our contractual responsibilities, To preserve information regarding your health data that must be kept within the relevant legislation, To share requested information with the Ministry of Health and other public institutions and organizations in accordance with the relevant legislation, To protect public health, to carry out preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services, To provide information to prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and in accordance with the legislation regarding matters related to public security and legal disputes, To provide health services, including preventive health services, To plan and manage financing for the provision of health services.
